Rescue ladders for ports

In collaboration with our customer Attention Production, AAG has contributed to the development of a flexible and durable rescue ladder for TrygFonden. The ladder is mount on particularly risky waterfronts in Denmark to help people out of the basins, if an accident occurs. AAG provides beams for the ladder, designed by Stefan Urup Kaplan and Lars Techt Myrhøj. The ladder is flexible and can be assembled without use of sophisticated equipment, since the steps dovetail with the rubber. The material is our UV resistant EPDM rubber, which will move in water, if there is a storm or bad weather. A safe and secure solution to prevent and minimize the number of fatal accidents and drownings.
