Semi-Metallic Gaskets

At AAG, we provide different semi-metallic gaskets from Lamons. Semi-metallic gaskets is made of soft and pliable sealing materials, which enhance the tightness of the assembly with lower overall load requirements compared to full metallic gaskets. Due to this composition, semi-metallic gaskets are very popular. They can be manufactured in almost any type of metal available in thin strips or sheets, which can be welded. Therefore, they can be used at all temperatures up to approximately 1093°C.

Semi-Metallic gaskets can also compensate for flange movements that may occur due to temperature gradients, variations of pressure and vibrations. We provide semi-metallic gaskets in different styles and dimensions, including spiral wound gaskets.
