AAG Teflon / PTFE

PTFE is often used in the machinery and food industry and is a highly crystalline plastic which is best known for its very low friction properties - in fact the lowest of all plastics. The plastic is also called Teflon. PTFE has an excellent chemical resistance to acids, solvents and alkaline substances and at the same time it has good electrical and dielectric properties, is UV-resistant, and has no moisture absorption. It can not be attacked by microorganisms either. AAG offers many different varieties of Teflon / PTFE both as plates, rods and finished parts.
